                               RESOLUTION NO. 18715
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION RATIFYING, CONFIRMING AND 
                   APPROVING THE EXECUTION BY THE MAYOR OF ALL 
                   DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO MAKE A LOAN OF 
                   COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS TO 
                   GRIGGS SERVICE MASTER FOR GAP FINANCING IN 
                   THE AMOUNT OF FORTY THOUSAND DOLLARS 
                   ($40,000).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the execution by the Mayor of all 
       documents necessary to make a loan of Community Development Block 
       Grant Funds to Griggs Service Master in the amount of $40,000 for 
       GAP Financing be and the same is hereby ratified, confirmed and 
       approved.
